Your Role: Learning to Sell and Maximising Income (Entry-Level):

As an Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in exciting face to face residential environments across Cardiff. This role is perfect for individuals who are motivated by financial rewards and eager to learn the art of sales.

Direct Sales & Revenue Generation (Training Provided): Actively engage with potential customers and close sales to maximise your income, with full training provided.
Product & Brand Advocacy (Training Provided): Learn to become an expert in your client's products and services, confidently communicating their value to customers.
Target-Driven Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to achieve extra earnings through a generous incentive programme.
Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
